Business Centre

Description:

Green park business center is 10380 sq.m. of an office building located in the heart of the Park. The building provides highly flexible accommodation over four floors and benefits from a substantial terraced area.

Scope:

We received a set of CAD drawings from all contractors and our tasks were:

• optimization of design solutions
• coordination of all MEP systems with architectural and structural models
• standardization engineering components for quick installation
• first-class construction drawings
• technical support 

What we did:

We used LOD350 for modelling engineering systems and clash detective with tolerance 1mm to find all possible clashes, analyzed the installation process step by step, and checked all instructions from manufacturers.

We ensured that all systems are logically structured inside corridors, space is optimized, taking into account ceiling service zones and hangers.

Karno Energy team developed the BIM models and associated BIM asset data which allowed facilitate the construction process and save construction time.)
