3D MEP Drafting Services

We offer 3D MEP modelling services. It is a process of developing a 3D representation of the mechanical, electrical, and piping design of the premises. For the most accurate results, we use the latest methods of 3D analysis (Revit, Navisworks, BIM360, VR&AR).

Karno Energy Company applies an integrated approach to the design of engineering systems and uses advanced BIM construction technologies. Our team consists of professional engineers and scientists united by the common idea of “green energy”, so we can solve complex problems related to a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing design problems, as well as provide high-quality engineering solutions to meet individual customer requirements.

The range of our customers is wide, covering not only the domestic market but also foreign clients. We do our best to provide customer satisfaction by collaboration with us.

Our MEP Drafting Services

We offer such services:

  • MEP coordination drawings
  • As-installed MEP drawings of plant rooms
  • Hydraulic and aerodynamic calculations, schematics, construction drawings, bill of quantity.
  • Clash-free MEP BIM models
  • COBie data drop and custom parameters

Our team applies modern CAD MEP solutions for 3D modelling tasks. And for customers interested in BIM modelling, we offer Revit MEP technology.

Karno Energy Is a Decent Partner for 3D MEP Drafting

Taking into account the opinion of customers and architects, our engineering projects meet the highest standards of energy efficiency and aesthetic appearance.

Each project is unique and requires in-depth development, for which we use modern 3D analysis methods and a high-performance solution. Our CAD / Revit specialists will design the most efficient solution for your mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

We also use CAD systems to perform stress tests and calculations that help to correctly select the materials and sizes of those elements of the product which are subjected to loads and forces and may affect safety or durability.

As a result, when we use advanced CAD systems, we can perform many activities and simulations at a very early stage of product development, which allows us to detect and eliminate potential errors and significantly improve the optimization of the design.

2D MEP Drafting

The 2D approach is creating sketches, drawings, and layouts in two dimensions. This method usually outlines the basic plan of a site and the object locations, but it does not transfer the depth dimension.

These 2D drawings are usually developed by an on-paper method or using specialized software, designed for the auto-creation of two-dimensional models.

3D modelling implies three-dimensional graphics. The parameters of such a drawing have width, height, and depth, due to which it has volume.

Thus, 3D plans convey more information. They can represent a site as it looks in real-life. Both types of representations have value for the projects.

2D models provide preliminary information, while 3D alternative demonstrates how the finished product will look like. 3D models are ideal variants for grading, site visualization, and other showcase purposes.

MEP Coordination Services

Coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) trades  is one of the major activities and a crucial part of the process of verifying the construction possibility.

MEP coordination is the detection and resolution of clashes among projects – architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting – before construction begins.

Our main task is to establish a balance between separate systems. For this, it is vital to coordinate the drafts of each of them. We have to know the exact installation of every system to create comprehensive models.

It will allow the identification of all potential clashes or collisions where they meet or intersect. This information is crucial at the early stages of construction projects. It will save you a lot of costs as these mistakes can have killing costs if discovered too late.

MEP Coordination Process

We offer MEP coordination assistance at all stages of the design process. Working with us, you will receive the following services:

  • The initial study of drawings and plans;
  • Development of a 3D model;
  • Clash detection and elimination;
  • Providing planning for each individual system;
  • Approval of the design and contract signing;
  • Construction;
  • As-fitted changes if necessary.

Our MEP Coordination Experience

During several years of active work, we have acquired considerable experience of working with clients from different countries around the world. This experience ranges from health care to hospitality, from government contracts to private ones. We know exactly how to help you realize your ideas in the fastest and most efficient way.
